Annual local and overseas orders of educational supplies and materials 

The school streamlines the buying process for educational supplies and consolidates the requirements to ensure school readiness for the academic year.

The school operations team starts the process in October, expecting division administrators to approve the consolidated order by the second week of January. The delivery of goods is expected one week before the end of the school year to allow teachers to check the materials and prepare a classroom for the next academic year.

The school preferred suppliers: 

1. https://www.findel-international.com/ UK-based company. Access to catalogs: Hope, Philip Harris, Davies Sports, LDA, Chamberlain Music, etc.

2. Omnitrance Solutions. US-based company. KAUST consolidator across the globe. Any supplier, for example, Demco, Lakeshore, Dickblick, Scholastic, Amazon.com, etc.

3.  Local KSA suppliers: Jarir, SACO, IKEA
